Product Design

Prototype & Production Consulting Services in Turkey

The gap between a finished design and a manufactured product is where most first-time product companies lose money. Process selection, material choice and supplier conversations all carry decisions that are expensive to reverse.

Choosing the process

Injection moulding, vacuum casting, machining, sheet metal, die casting or end-use 3D printing each have a volume range where they make sense and a range where they don't. Choosing wrongly can double your unit cost or your tooling bill.

We work through that decision with you against real numbers — volume, target cost, tolerance requirements and lead time — before the geometry is finalised.

Prototype rounds that answer questions

A prototype should be built to test something specific: fit, ergonomics, assembly sequence, strength, or appearance. Building one that tries to test everything usually settles nothing.

We define what each round is for, prepare the files accordingly, and iterate against the physical result.

Supplier conversations

Manufacturers quote against drawings. Ambiguous drawings produce padded quotes, and padding is invisible until you compare several.

We prepare documentation that lets suppliers quote precisely, and we can join technical calls to make sure both sides mean the same thing by a tolerance or a finish.

Questions

Frequently asked

That's exactly this service. We review the design for manufacturability, recommend a process against your volume and cost targets, and prepare documentation suppliers can quote from.

We work with a number of local prototyping and production suppliers and are happy to make introductions. We take no commission — the relationship is yours.

Yes. We'll compare them against the drawings and tell you where the differences are real scope and where they're padding against ambiguity.

Two or three for a moderately complex product. We define what each round is testing so you aren't paying for iterations that don't resolve anything.

Tell us what you’re building.

Send us the brief and you’ll have a scoped proposal and a fixed quote back within two working days. No obligation, no sales sequence.
