Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data NEWO Design collects through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have. It applies to newo.design only.

What we collect

We collect what you submit through our enquiry form: your name, work email, phone number, job title, company sector and size, budget range, and the project details you write.

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. These set cookies and process usage data — including a shortened version of your IP address — to produce aggregate statistics. You can opt out through your browser's cookie settings or Google's own opt-out tools. Our fonts are self-hosted, so no font provider receives your IP address.

Why we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, deliver and administer the project. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing, and we will not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Legal basis

We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, and — once a project begins — on the basis of performing our contract with you.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Project records are retained for as long as required by Turkish tax and commercial law, currently 10 years.

Where it is stored

Enquiry data is stored on our email and project systems. Our website is hosted on servers operated by our hosting provider. Some providers may process data outside Türkiye and the EEA under standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reach us through our contact form or on WhatsApp and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the EEA or the UK you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are in Türkiye, the relevant authority is the Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu (KVKK).
