Brand Identity Design

Identities that hold up on a shelf, a shopfront and a screen.

A logo is the smallest part of an identity. What decides whether a brand feels credible is everything around it: the type system, the colour logic, the grid, the way a business card and a takeaway cup and a shop sign clearly belong to the same family.

We build identities as complete systems, then apply them to the touchpoints that actually earn attention. Eight of the brands in our portfolio — from specialty coffee roasters to industrial label manufacturers — run on identities we designed from scratch.

What’s included

The scope, in plain terms.

  • Brand strategy & positioning

Audience, competitors and the one thing you should be known for, agreed before any design starts.

  • Logo & wordmark design

Multiple routes explored, then one refined into a full lockup set for every size and context.

  • Typography & colour systems

A type hierarchy and palette with defined roles, so the brand stays consistent without you policing it.

  • Stationery & collateral

Business cards, letterheads, envelopes, folders and document templates as a coherent suite.

  • Signage & environmental graphics

Shopfronts, wayfinding and interior graphics designed for how they'll actually be produced.

  • Brand guidelines

A practical manual your team and your printers can follow — rules, not just pretty spreads.

Questions

Common questions.

Typically 5 to 8 weeks from kickoff to final handover, depending on how many applied touchpoints you need. A logo-and-stationery package can land in 3 to 4 weeks.

We present two or three genuinely distinct routes, not ten variations of one idea. You pick a direction, we refine it through two rounds.

Yes. Every applied piece is delivered as production-ready artwork with correct bleed, colour space and spot colour specification, and we liaise with your printer if useful.

Often the smartest option. We regularly keep a logo a client is attached to and rebuild everything around it — type, colour, layout and applications — which delivers most of the impact at lower cost.
