3D Printing & Rapid Prototyping Services in Turkey
Most failed prints are file problems, not printer problems. Naked edges, non-manifold geometry, inverted normals and wall thicknesses below the process minimum all produce parts that fail or never start.
Files that print first time
Before anything is sent to a printer we validate the geometry — watertight, manifold, correctly oriented normals — and check wall thickness and feature size against the minimums for the specific process and material.
Output is delivered as STL or 3MF at an appropriate resolution, with orientation and support guidance where the part is awkward.
Choosing the right process
SLA and DLP for fine detail and smooth surfaces, including jewellery masters for casting. SLS for functional nylon parts without support structures. FDM for cheap, fast form checks. MJF where you need production-like properties at moderate volume.
Each has a different cost, tolerance and finish profile, and the right answer depends on what the prototype is meant to prove.
Iterating properly
A prototype round should test a specific question. We define what each round is for, adjust the CAD against the physical result, and prepare the next set of files — rather than reprinting the same part with cosmetic changes.
Being in Istanbul, we can arrange local printing quickly when holding the part will settle a decision faster than discussing it.

Frequently asked
We prepare and validate files and coordinate with printing bureaus rather than operating a print farm. That keeps us honest about which process actually suits your part.
Yes. Send it and we'll diagnose it — naked edges, non-manifold geometry, thin walls — and either repair it or rebuild the problem areas properly.
It depends on what the prototype must prove. SLA for fine detail and casting masters, SLS for functional parts, FDM for quick form checks, MJF for production-like properties. We'll recommend against your specific case.
Yes — that's a core part of our jewellery service. Watertight, validated files built to real casting tolerances, ready for resin printing and lost-wax casting.
