Manufacturing-Ready CAD Modeling Services in Turkey
"Manufacturing-ready" is a claim worth testing. It means the model accounts for the process it will be made by — and that a toolmaker can open it without needing to redesign anything first.
What makes a model manufacturing-ready
Draft angles applied consistently in the direction of tool pull. Wall thicknesses uniform enough to avoid sink and warp. Ribs proportioned against wall thickness. Radii on internal corners. Undercuts either eliminated or deliberately accounted for with side actions.
None of this is visible in a render. All of it decides whether tooling quotes come back reasonable or alarming.
Parametric and editable
We build models with a clean, intentional feature tree so they can be modified later without collapsing. A model that can't be edited is a liability the first time a supplier requests a change.
You receive native parametric files, so your team or your manufacturer can make changes without coming back to us.
Assembly and fit
Multi-part products are modelled as assemblies with real mates, so interference, clearance and assembly sequence are checked in CAD rather than discovered on a bench.
We produce exploded views and assembly documentation alongside, which reduces error on the production line and in service.

Frequently asked
Ask your toolmaker to review it before tooling is cut — a competent one will tell you within an hour. We expect our models to pass that review, and we'll address anything raised.
Yes. Send their design guidelines — most moulders publish them — and we'll build to those specific minimums rather than generic ones.
Yes. We build clean, intentional feature trees and deliver native parametric files, so your team or your supplier can make changes without rebuilding from scratch.
Both. Multi-part products are modelled as proper assemblies with mates, so interference and clearance are resolved in CAD rather than on the bench.
Tell us what you’re building.
Send us the brief and you’ll have a scoped proposal and a fixed quote back within two working days. No obligation, no sales sequence.
