UX/UI Design

UX Design Services in Turkey for Web & Mobile Apps

Our UX work has shipped to consumers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Mexico and South Africa — loyalty apps, e-commerce storefronts and campaign activations for retailers with very large, very general audiences.

Designing for broad audiences

A retail loyalty app is used by people of every age, on every tier of device, often in a shop with one hand full. That environment rewards clarity and punishes cleverness.

For Kruidvat we designed for exactly that: loyalty card access, personalised discovery and checkout, all built so each screen holds up for someone who will never read an onboarding tour. Accessibility, contrast and touch target sizing are treated as functional requirements rather than a compliance checkbox at the end.

Systems, not screens

We work in flows and design systems. That means user journeys mapped before any interface is drawn, then a documented component library with tokens your developers can build against directly.

The practical benefit is that your team can keep building after we finish without the product visibly drifting apart.

Localisation built in

Designing for multiple markets means layouts that survive translation — German strings that run 40% longer, right-to-left considerations, currency and date formats, and region-specific content rules.

We handled Dutch and Belgian localisation for Kruidvat and multi-language architecture for Feltouch and NowArt Jewelry. It is much cheaper to design for this at the start than to retrofit it.

Questions

Frequently asked

Yes. Kruidvat is one of the largest health and beauty retailers in the Netherlands and Belgium, and OXXO is among the biggest convenience chains in Latin America. Both shipped to very large user bases.

We design, and we support your development team through the build with handoff documentation and design QA. For web and e-commerce we can take a project through to a built front end.

Figma. You get full access to the working file, component library and version history — the file belongs to you.

We build clickable prototypes suitable for testing and can help you structure a round. We don't operate a recruitment panel, so participant sourcing usually sits with you or a research partner.
