Ministry of Coffee
Logo, menus, packaging, business cards and store signage — a premium coffee identity carried from the shopfront to the cup.
Affordable should mean a lower cost base, not a smaller scope. Our rates are lower than a London or Amsterdam studio because our overheads are — not because you get fewer concepts, less senior attention or a thinner deliverable.
Studio rent, salaries and operating costs in Istanbul are a fraction of those in Western Europe. Software licences, hardware and the standards we work to are identical. That arithmetic is the whole explanation for a 30–60% difference in price.
What we do not do is cut the parts of the process that determine whether the work is any good: strategy before design, multiple genuine concept routes, two full rounds of refinement and production-ready artwork at the end.
Discovery and positioning, two or three distinct logo directions presented in real application, refinement of the chosen route, a documented type and colour system, applied stationery and collateral, and a guidelines document your team and printers can follow.
Everything is delivered as editable source files — AI, SVG, EPS, PDF — plus exports for every practical use.
Small and mid-sized businesses that need a professional identity without an agency retainer, founders launching something that must look credible from day one, and established companies whose brand has drifted out of step with what they now sell.
It also suits international clients who have been quoted uncomfortable numbers at home for work that is, in scope terms, entirely ordinary.
A logo and stationery package generally sits in the €2,000–€5,000 range. A full identity system with applied collateral and guidelines typically runs €8,000–€20,000. Every project is quoted at a fixed price after we see the brief.
The price reflects Istanbul operating costs, not reduced scope. Same software, same seniority, same number of concept routes and revision rounds as a Western studio would deliver.
Standard terms are 50% to start and 50% on handover. Larger projects are split across milestones. We invoice in euros and accept international bank transfer.
Usually yes — tell us the number and we'll tell you honestly what scope fits inside it, or say if it isn't workable. We would rather scope down than under-deliver.
