Kruidvat, one of the leading health and beauty retailers in the Netherlands and Belgium, partnered with NEWO Design to redefine the digital experience for millions of loyal customers. The goal was clear: transform the Kruidvat App into a seamless, customer-centric touchpoint that brings together loyalty, e-commerce, and online-to-offline shopping in one unified platform.

Our UX/UI team focused on creating an intuitive and enjoyable journey—from loyalty card access to personalized product discovery and convenient online purchases. The app had to serve a broad audience, so every screen was designed for clarity, accessibility, and conversion.

With close collaboration between Kruidvat’s digital and retail teams, we developed user flows, wireframes, and a modular design system that reflects the brand’s energy and retail dynamism.
